Since everything is made to order, all orders are processed and packed within 3 to 5 business days before heading your way. Once shipped, delivery times are roughly: Canada: 2 to 5 business days, USA: 5 to 8 business days, and everywhere else: 15 to 30 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and please allow a little extra time during busy seasons!

Everything is printed using high-quality PLA filament. It's durable, lightweight, and comes in a huge range of colours so things can stay as cute and vibrant as possible.

Nope! Because everything is made right here in Canada, all of our products qualify as Canadian-made under CUSMA (the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement) and are exempt from duties when crossing the border. Any processing fees are on us, so you will never be asked to pay anything beyond what you see at checkout.

Yes! If you are outside of Canada or the US (think the UK, EU, Australia, Singapore, and everywhere else) we handle international orders a little differently. Because VAT, customs, and duties processing can be really tricky to manage through Shopify as a small business, we ask that you reach out and let us know what you would like. We will create a custom listing for you on our Etsy shop, which takes care of all the tax and duties collection automatically, and send you a link to purchase from there.

We pack everything really carefully, but if something arrives broken or damaged just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will get it sorted for you right away.
